In case of admission of Class Nursery,  parents must produce the original birth certificate and the hospital discharge certificate to verify the date of birth mentioned  in the admission form. In case of admission for Classes LKG – IX, Submission of Original birth certificate is mandatory for verification of date of birth mentioned in the admission form. At the time of interview both Father and Mother must be present.
